I recently purchased this shoe but in Black. Go and behold I got the wrong size. I decided to call in the morning the Mister Safety Shoe in Mississauga Eglinton. I asked about their stock/sizes and they informed me they could put items on hold for me. Dylan who I believe helped me over the phone was respectful and patient with me.
When I got to the store, couple hours later I was greeted and told them I had shoes on hold. I then met Al who in my opinion is one of the best sales rep/consultant I have ever dealt with. He was knowledgeable about the product, gave me so many options with colours and sizing. Offered to assist with stretching out the boot if it's still too tight after few weeks. Absolutely great customer service. I will definitely be going back to this Mister Safety Shoes and asking for Al. Went over and beyond and made sure I was a satisfied customer.

I bought the extra sole insert for more comfort. So far they feel great!

I purchased my first pair of blundstones about a month and a half ago. After the wear in period I find them very comfortable and they don't give me sore feet even after ten hours of being on my feet.

Caution - if you want your boots to last (ie 10+ yrs) by taking good care of them, these are not the ones. After 5 yrs of light duty ( weekend wear), the leather was great, and the soles fell apart all at once. It’s like they disintegrated. Mister Safety Shoe says that’s to be expected! Garbage I say.
