    Shipping and Returns Policy

    In Store Returns

    If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your unused or unworn footwear or clothing to any of our stores up to 100 days after the date of purchase as long as you have the original receipt. Unfortunately, we don't accept copies of receipts.

    If you don't have the original receipt, and we are able to verify your Mister Safety Shoes purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit. Refunds DO require the original receipt.

    What if it's a manufacturer's defect? We stand behind all the products we sell. That's why you can exchange any manufacturer defective footwear up to 6 months from the date of purchase.

    Good to know: Refunds are made in the same form of the original payment method you used, so if you paid with a credit or debit card, we'll refund the purchase on your credit or debit card.

    Online Order Shipping

    For a limited time, we are offering free shipping within most regions of Canada for online orders over $125 (not including discounts).

    Please note there are a number of geographic locations within Canada that do not qualify for free shipping. These locations include: Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland, Yukon, North West Territories and Nunavat. Shipping fees are based on location and weight of the purchase.     We do not ship to the U.S. at this time.

    Online Order Returns

    If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused or unworn footwear or clothing for a full refund or exchange within 100 days of you receiving your shoes. We offer FREE returns for orders over $125 (not including discounts). Please contact our customer service department to request a return shipping label.

    For online orders under $125, in extreme locations noted above, we do not offer free returns.


    You also have the option of returning your online purchase at any one of our store locations.

    There are a few simple steps to follow:

    • Please return your shoes WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If you do not have the original mailing box, please use another mailing box. Please do not use the original shoe box to mail the package. The shoe box will become unusable due to the labels that will be attached to it and to the damage it will invariably receive in shipping.
    • Mister Safety Shoes will provide you with a Canada Post shipping identification number. Please contact us at customerservice@mistersafetyshoes.com and we will email it to you. Print this and bring it with your package to your nearest Canada Post location.
    • Please include your Mister Safety Shoes invoice. Any notes you wish to make can be handwritten on either of these pages.

    Frequently Asked Questions and Answers for Online Orders

    1. I purchased a pair of shoes online but I need a different size. How can I exchange them?

    Online purchases can be exchanged at any Mister Safety Shoes retail location near you. If a retail location is not accessible, please contact customerservice@mistersafetyshoes.com and we will be happy to provide you with the return authorization details to ship back your original purchase, and facilitate the exchange for a new pair.

    2. My company has an account with Mister Safety Shoes. Can I buy my shoes online and use my allowance? +
    • Our public website is not set up to direct bill any purchases for corporate accounts. Please visit one of our store locations to purchase your safety footwear.
    • If your company has communicated with you that they are offering online safety footwear purchases through the Mister Safety Shoes portal, and they have provided you with a username and password, please go to the Mister Safety Shoes portal and log-in here Sign in
    3. What kind of discounts are offered? +

    By signing up for our newsletters and promotional updates, you will receive a one-time 10% discount code via email that can be used at checkout. It can only be used for your first online purchase with Mister Saferty Shoes. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours for the system to process your opt-in and produce a code. If you have not yet received it, please check your spam folder. If it is still not received, please contact Customer Service customerservice@mistersafetyshoes.com

    4. How long will it take to receive my order? +
    • Orders are processed within one business day of confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on product availability and shipping location. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
    • Please note: orders containing items listed as "limited sizing" may have longer shipping times. Please contact our customer service department if you require more specific information on expected delivery dates
