The Acton All Terrain utility work boot offers unparalleled protection thanks to its CSA ESR M certification, and features a unique technology that effectively protects the top and sides of the foot. Ultra-lightweight, 100% waterproof, and entirely metal-free, it is made of durable PU (polyurethane) with an upper and sole designed to withstand the most demanding environments. Its 4Grip 4 Ice outsole, featuring silica inserts, ensures exceptional grip on wet ice. Resistant to oils, acids, manure, and animal fats, this boot is the ideal partner for workers who demand safety, comfort, and performance in extreme cold conditions.

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your unused or unworn footwear or clothing to any of our stores up to 100 days after the date of purchase as long as you have the original receipt. Unfortunately, we don’t accept copies of receipts.

If you don’t have the original receipt, and we are able to verify your Mister Safety Shoes purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit. Refunds DO require the original receipt.

What if it’s a manufacturer’s defect? We stand behind all the products we sell. That’s why you can exchange any manufacturer defective footwear up to 6 months from the date of purchase.

Good to know: Refunds are made in the same form of the original payment method you used, so if you paid with a credit or debit card, we’ll refund the purchase on your credit or debit card.

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused or unworn footwear or clothing for a full refund or exchange within 100 days of you receiving your shoes. We offer FREE shipping for orders over $125 (some exceptions apply).

You also have the option of returning your online purchase at any one of our store locations at no charge.

There are a few simple steps to follow:

Please return your shoes WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If you do not have the original mailing box, please use another mailing box. Please do not use the original shoe box to mail the package. The shoe box will become unusable due to the labels that will be attached to it and to the damage it will invariably receive in shipping.
Mister Safety Shoes will provide you with a Canada Post shipping identification number. Please contact us at customerservice@mistersafetyshoes.com and we will email it to you. Print this and bring it with your package to your nearest Canada Post location.
Please include your Mister Safety Shoes invoice. Any notes you wish to make can be handwritten on either of these pages.

1. Are the composite toe and plate of these safety shoes as safe as steel toe shoes?

Yes, composite or metal-free safety shoes and work boots are CSA certified for protection just like steel toe shoes. Composite toe safety shoes & work boots are often lighter than steel toe shoes. 2. What is the break-in period for work boots and safety shoes?

Work boots and safety shoes should fit well when you buy them. Your toes shouldn't be able to wiggle and not touch the toe cap. Your heel should sit snuggly but not too tight. Because of the safety features (toe and plate) built into safety shoes and work boots, they don't loosen up like regular shoes or boots might. We recommend wearing them for a few hours at home before wearing them for a full day of work. After all, you wouldn't wear brand new shoes to go on an 8-hour hike!

The boots I wanted were white, and I think I need a smaller size

Boot Material hard as a rock when just cool

Acton boots are not soft like Dunlop's that use PVA ,in just a cool room they are hard as a rock and don't bend,so this makes the top of boots rub against your legs. Not worth the money, Hard rubber regular boots are softer.

Mr safety

The boots i always get are really great last along time and the ladies at Mr. Safety in Ingersoll were very helpful i wasn't there for more than 15mins :)
