This is my third pair of timberland pro, i absolutely love them they are light weight for a boot like this kind, the insoles are comfortable and cushioned. I don’t feel fatigued at work even after a long 10-12 hours work day. One thing i would recommend is to buy a half size bigger than your actual size for extra comfort
