These CAT Striver XL work boots are ideal for everyday wear. Built for durability and protection, they have waterproof uppers that make them ideal for outdoor jobsites. For all-day comfort, the boots feature cushioned footbeds to energize your every step. Steel toes and plates meet CSA Grade 1 standards.

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your unused or unworn footwear or clothing to any of our stores up to 100 days after the date of purchase as long as you have the original receipt. Unfortunately, we don’t accept copies of receipts.

If you don’t have the original receipt, and we are able to verify your Mister Safety Shoes purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit. Refunds DO require the original receipt.

What if it’s a manufacturer’s defect? We stand behind all the products we sell. That’s why you can exchange any manufacturer defective footwear up to 6 months from the date of purchase.

Good to know: Refunds are made in the same form of the original payment method you used, so if you paid with a credit or debit card, we’ll refund the purchase on your credit or debit card.

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused or unworn footwear or clothing for a full refund or exchange within 100 days of you receiving your shoes. We offer FREE shipping for orders over $125 (some exceptions apply).

You also have the option of returning your online purchase at any one of our store locations at no charge.

There are a few simple steps to follow:

Please return your shoes WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If you do not have the original mailing box, please use another mailing box. Please do not use the original shoe box to mail the package. The shoe box will become unusable due to the labels that will be attached to it and to the damage it will invariably receive in shipping.
Mister Safety Shoes will provide you with a Canada Post shipping identification number. Please contact us at customerservice@mistersafetyshoes.com and we will email it to you. Print this and bring it with your package to your nearest Canada Post location.
Please include your Mister Safety Shoes invoice. Any notes you wish to make can be handwritten on either of these pages.

1. What is the break-in period for work boots and safety shoes?

Work boots and safety shoes should fit well when you buy them. Your toes shouldn't be able to wiggle and not touch the toe cap. Your heel should sit snuggly but not too tight. Because of the safety features (toe and plate) built into safety shoes and work boots, they don't loosen up like regular shoes or boots might. We recommend wearing them for a few hours at home before wearing them for a full day of work. After all, you wouldn't wear brand new shoes to go on an 8-hour hike!

2. Are these work boots waterproof?

Yes, these are waterproof work boots and are ideal for outdoor work or indoor work with exposure to moisture and liquids. If your job site has only light or occasional exposure to water, moisture or liquids then water-resistant work boots may be a better option as they are more breathable. Boots are wide in the toe, tight in the heel

Boots are great, the Wide size was what sold me on these to begin with.

Only downside is the heel of the boot squeezes the heel more than what I have personally had in wide boots making long wear uncomfortable.

If you need wide toes but you have smaller heels 100% would recommend.

If not find a different style.

Went to the store in Belleville where a extremely friendly and knowledgeable young lady welcomed me into the store and treated me with the utmost professionalism, took the time to explain different shoes and boots, the construction and composition of the products, gave me choices and convinced me of some additional products like inserts and socks, and even picked up a pair of pants as well. You have a valuable and knowledgeable employee here.

first purchase on line. It was risky and gambling but turned out to be a good product: sturdy, stylish and comfy. Boots are specialty shoes and it's better to try on first before purchase. It would have been better if you can have a retail outlet in Vancouver.
